Rupee Symbol

Symbol of any currency is a proof of its international presence and acceptance. Dollar ($), Pound Sterling (£ ), and Eruo (€) are the currencies accepted internationally. Now our country also have its symbol. The symbol is derived from a combination of the Devanagari Letter (j) and English Letter (R). There are two parallel lines at the top. The symbol is created by D. Uday Kumar.
